Our authorized, trained Support Representatives provide assistance by telephone, email or PC Assist on such topics as product operation, system re-installation, alternative system set-ups and system troubleshooting. This service is offered at Service level tiers with contracted number of support events.
Field Engineering Support
Engineering assistance is available to the customer in such areas as system design, installation, check-out, start up and troubleshooting. At the customer’s request, a CMI Fleet Management Field Engineer can provide on-site supervision of a system installation and verify its correct operation.
